Dining – Land of talents and flavors. The Restaurants – “Le Gaudina” – Le Gaudina’s jazz lounge vibe, grand piano, and artworks create a warm and inviting ambiance. This is an elegant yet friendly restaurant with all the charms of a stylish brasserie where you can enjoy dinner, brunch, or relish a drink at the bar or on the terrace. The menu offers light and sophisticated Provençal fare. “Clubhouse: Les Caroubiers” – Les Caroubiers looks out onto the Golf Club and is the place to take a refreshing break in the Clubhouse, perfect for golfers. Meet in this stylish, sporty environment for lunch, by the fireplace or on the terrace depending on the time of year, and enjoy the panoramic view over the Riou course’s final hole.

Le Faventia, 1* Michelin Restaurant – The hotel’s gourmet restaurant offers a panoramic view over the unspoiled villages and the Pays de Fayence hills. The enchanting decor and sycamore tables create an understated and elegant ambiance. Chef Philippe Jourdin showcases the cuisine of the South of France, taking a little inspiration from the seasons, Provence itself, and from the local produce he uses. “Le Tousco”- Enjoy a relaxed lunch next to the infinity pool at Le Tousco, the hotel’s summer restaurant. On its shady terrace based around a stately Provençal-style fountain, the restaurant offers a buffet of salads, tasty grilled fish and meats as well as an assortment of desserts. Adjoining Le Tousco, Le Pitchoun is for children up to 12 years old and has its own menu specially created by a dietician.

Le Patio – Le Patio, located at the heart of the hotel, is open from springtime. Please make the most of its sunny terrace and enjoy breakfast here. It transforms itself into a friendly and musical Lounge-Bar during summer evenings where guests can tuck into a selection of snacks (mixed salads, club sandwiches…), tapas, or yet sipping delicious cocktails with friends.

Terre Blanche Spa Beauty Salon – Treatment and Massage Rooms – After a moment of calm in the relaxation room, enjoy one of the massages and treatments, developed with Valmont and KOS Paris, in one of the 12 individual rooms or two private suites, which are comfortable and spacious. Pool Area – The Spa’s indoor pool, bathed in natural light and heated to 28°C, is a unique space for relaxation. It is also where the fitness instructor runs the Aquafit sessions. Outside, water jets, bubble beds, and a massaging shower at the vitality pool will release muscular tension in water heated to 35°C. Fitness Area – A sporting destination par excellence, the Spa offers a wide range of group or private sporting activities led by an instructor throughout the week: Aquagym, Aquabike, Body Sculpt, jogging, yoga, Pilates… The Spa and fitness club open out onto the terraces and a lush garden, giving you the chance to exercise whilst enjoying being in the heart of nature. Beauty Area – The Spa has a hairdressing salon where you will find products from DAVINES, a brand that shares Terre Blanche’s sustainable and environmentally-friendly values. The manicure salon uses OPI’s essential polishes, a perfect beauty treatment for your hands and feet.

Golf – Terre Blanche was opened in 2004 and had two internationally renowned golf courses – Le Château and Le Riou – as well as the only training center of its kind in Europe, where the very best teaching methods are used. Thanks to state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly facilities, Terre Blanche has GEO (Golf Environment Organisation) accreditation. In 2018, it was voted the Best Golf Resort in Continental Europe by the well-respected Golf World UK magazine. Here, nature inspires the courses: valleys, lakes, ravines, waterfalls, forests… Golf architect Dave Thomas skillfully preserved the existing contours and natural features of this magnificent site. His signature bunkers with their indented edges are a feature of both courses.
